Cleanse: Wash and thoroughly dry your neck to remove any dirt, makeup, or impurities. Applying a toner is also a good prep step.

Unpack the mask: Carefully take the mask out of its foil packaging. Remove the plastic liner, but handle the mask gently to avoid tearing it.

Apply: Apply the mask to your neck, smoothing it to ensure it lies flat against the skin and removing any air bubbles.

Relax: Leave the mask on for 15 to 30 minutes, and try to relax.

Remove: Gently peel the mask off.

Finish: Gently massage the remaining serum into your skin. You can follow with your regular moisturizer if you wish
